So I've tried an hdd rip, xiso, cci, and hdd rip with patch for the 6 long filenames. Nothing is working. Then I burnt the xiso to disc and it works perfectly? According to the cci compatibility list a hdd rip should work. This is on a 1.6 crystal with modxo and latest cerbios. Can anyone else confirm this.

True Crime NYC needs both patched and run as extracted. its one of 2 oddball games like that, the other being "Gun"

If you mount your iso on the xbox, copy that virtual disc with DVD2XBOX with patching turned on, making sure DVD2XBOX is spitting out an extracted copy and i believe that should fix it.

Hey thanks for the reply. I already tried that. Manually patched and extracted, with dvd2xbox from disc. Nothing works. Just burning xiso to dvd-r works. I brought up the issue on cerbios discord.
